Yipes, we really fell down on the job as last year came to a close! We blame it on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Channukah, Yule, Solstice, Saturnalia, Kwaanza (or however you spell it), New Year’s, and the ridiculous amount of rich food and egg nog that are made readily available during this fattening time of year.
